WHZRN*S,i by Quit Claim Deed dated May 24, 1983, the City acquired a[p~rpetual easement for storm drainage purposes over, under and ~cr~ss the following described property: The ~st[20 feet of the West 930 feet of the North 213 fe~t-~f ~he South 263 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25, .A~ok~ County, Minnesota. (The "Easement"); and WHERE~S, ithe May ~4, 1983 Quit Claim Deed states tha~ the property O~e~ may requlre the City to relocate the easement in the event i~ ~s~n~Dessary to relocate the same upon future development of the l an~ o,~ner's property; and ' WHERE,, ~ibbel Addition is a plat which con%dins the easement and which .~at! required the relocation of the easement; and WHER~A~, ithe City Engineer has required easements in the Sibbel Addi~io9 which will serve as an alternative to the Easement. NoWt E FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RA/~SEY CITY COUNCIL, AS FOLLOWS: 1. T~atI =he City's. Mayor and City Administrator are authorize~i~ndldirected to sign the appropriate recordable document releasing t~e City's interest in the Easement.
