CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT OF "RIVER'S BEND", City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. I, the undersigned John O. Oliver, a Licensed Land Surveyor, Minnesota License Number 8194, do hereby certify that I am the surveyor who prepared the plat of RIVER'S BEND, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota, which was recorded August 31, 1984 as Document Number 652623, in the office of the County Recorder in and for said Anoka County. I do hereby also certify that said plat is incorrect in that the curve data within Lot 1, Block 2, along the easterly line thereof is wrong. I do hereby also certify that the correct curve data for said Lot is: Delta = 9 degrees O1 minutes 52 seconds; and length = 129.07 feet. I do hereby also certify that the right-of-way curve data adjacent to said Lot and along the westerly right-of-way of Xkimo Street N.W. from the northeast corner of said Lot southerly to the Point Of Compound Curve within Lot 2, said Block 2, is also wrong. I do hereby also certify that the correct curve data for said right-of- way curve is: Delta = 9 degrees 27 minutes 03 seconds; and length = 135.07 feet. JohK O.
