LJS. iSURFACING FROM ST. FRANCIS BLVD. N.W. TO ITS ~ER~IINUS) ~Efl~S, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the if bituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its is; arid WHEI~EA~, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful Sigh~. of affected property owners; and WHlgR~EA~, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Charter a~d M~nnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS~, '~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~a certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of bitutriirious surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W. from St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its eastern termi~tls has been filed with the City Council on April 14, 1992. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected property owners. This declaration tis made in conformity to Ramsey City Code Chapter 4.60 and Minnesota statu~ ich! ~ter 429. 2) That ~e p~t~tion is hereby referred to Steven Jankowsk~, City Engineer, and he ~s in$~ ~:l ~t~ prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed adviSi~ th~ Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasibl~: .: ~ an~l,.~ as to the cost of the project to each affected property owner.
