I I Councilmeml~r adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-04- RESOLUT~IDN CERTIFYING PETITION AND ORDERING FEASIBILITY STUDY: F0k I dPROVEMENT PROJECT g92-13 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER ~D !'~ATER TO PINS 25-32-25-23-0005 AND 25-32-25-23-0006) Wlt E~S, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the improvement ~bf w~ter and sewer extension to PINs 25-32-25-23-0005 and 25-32-25-23-0006; and r WItl~lgA~, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage of lawful si~g4ture~ of affected property owners; and WIt~RE~S, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Charter,-a~d ~.~'nnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THI~_ .'_I~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ~HE CITY OF RAM~, '~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF .MINNESOTA, as follows. 1) That a :ert~n petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the improvement of water and ,s~ t~r:~xtension to PINs 25-32-25-23-0005 and 25-32-25-23-0006 has been filed with the C[ii C.4uncil on April 14, 1992. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the requi~e percentage of affected property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to Ramie C'it~ Code Chapter 4.60 and Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. 2) That t~ petition is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to~pr~t,~ ~: feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Couh~i .~ ini~ preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the c01~ of[the project to each affected property owner.
