' <br />This approvltliis i~ued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval ~e a! follows:~ <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />STRUCT[JRE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engF!~r °r?rchitect. <br />STA. T~ B~ILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />aeeo~ee{With the requirements of the State Building Code. <br />sITE [PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be sited and contracted on the Site <br />as sh0~vn 0!a the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan is attached hereto as <br />EXlfibi! "A~' and consists of three (3) sheets dated February 10, 1992, with a revision date <br />of M~h~ 1~8, 1992 for Sheet 1, drawn by Roll Lokensgard, registered architect. ("Site <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />loll0 ~W~ g~te improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />aS shown ~ the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />a. ~Bin~minous driveway, parking lot, and exterior storage area; <br />b. iCo~ete and/or limestone curb and gutter along the perimeter of the driveway and <br /> ip~ ~ging area. <br />c. !~site[grading; <br />d. [Sodiand seed; <br /> <br />The ("Req ~u!red Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE L&I~S. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items:~ ttia Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br />BIT[J~DUS PARKING SPACES. The Permittee shall provide 265 bituminous <br />s ~,uffa~:l pit~dng spaces for employees and customer parking, including seven (7) handicap <br />spaeoS.[ <br /> <br />Li~!rI~ING. Any lighting installed on the Structure or in the parking lot shall be <br />design~ sO as to deflect light away from 153rd Avenue N.W. and adjacent residential <br />usesi :L[ightlng shall be constructed and placed as indicated on the Site Plan. <br /> <br /> <br />
