We have thoroughly reviewed the scope of the project, site topography and pertinent design data. We feel the following estimate of manhours and cost limits are adequate for the level of service the City needs to assure quality infrastructure improvements. i. BASIC ENGINEERING SERVICES Preparation of Project Feasibility Study - MFRA places high emphasis on the Feasibility Study because it is the basis on which the Council will make important financial decisions. We thoroughly research all details and strive for a high level of accuracy in making cost estimates.
