Houle, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project~ 9 l~r~l 4.'. i WHE~E~S, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson AssociateSr,~lnci, recommended partial payment to C.W. Houle, ~nc. in the amount of $204,450,~i9.~ i NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF as RAMSEY; ~NO,~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, follows: 1) i T t the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to C.W.
