CASE REQUEST~oR AN EXTENSION TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAVE MORE THAN ONE MAIN BUILDING ON A PROPERTY; ! i CASE OF GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik Background.~ Section 9,11.01' o~he Ramsey City Code states that there shall not be more than one main building on a lot. :Ottl ~Iar~.h 26, 1991, the City of Ramsey granted a conditional use permit to Grace Community C] tur~:.h to establish a second main building on their property at 6341 167th Avenue N.W. for iu~ a~parsonage. Observation:i: Section 9,03,0~ ofithe Ramsey City Code states that a conditional use permit shall expire if the permit hold¢~ f~til~i to initiate the conditional use permit within 12 months. However, the code also states that, the ~t~t holder may apply for an extension to the conditional use permit. The 12 month ~sta ishment period for the conditional use permit is due to expire soon. Grace Community C.~urc~i has not yet initiated construction of the parsonage. On March 5, 1992, I received a w~i~en!!{gquest from Reverend Barrows for a one year extension to the conditional use permit to est~b~shi~ parsonage on the same property as the church.
