CASE <br /> <br /> REQUEST~oR AN EXTENSION TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO HAVE <br /> MORE THAN ONE MAIN BUILDING ON A PROPERTY; <br /> ! i CASE OF GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background.~ <br /> <br />Section 9,11.01' o~he Ramsey City Code states that there shall not be more than one main building <br />on a lot. :Ottl ~Iar~.h 26, 1991, the City of Ramsey granted a conditional use permit to Grace <br />Community C] tur~:.h to establish a second main building on their property at 6341 167th Avenue <br />N.W. for iu~ a~parsonage. <br /> <br />Observation:i: <br />Section 9,03,0~ ofithe Ramsey City Code states that a conditional use permit shall expire if the <br />permit hold¢~ f~til~i to initiate the conditional use permit within 12 months. However, the code also <br />states that, the ~t~t holder may apply for an extension to the conditional use permit. <br />The 12 month ~sta ishment period for the conditional use permit is due to expire soon. Grace <br />Community C.~urc~i has not yet initiated construction of the parsonage.
