~ ~ Case #1 <br /> <br />PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL FOR CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />RYAN SCHROEDER <br /> By: Kay McAioney, Personnel 'Coordinator <br /> <br />Background: <br />Ryan Se~oed~r was hired as the City Administrator for the City of Ramsey and has been <br />in the positionl since June 3, 1991 and has a current annual salary of $47,000. The original <br />employment agreement was effective June 3, 1991 to December 31,1991. <br /> <br />A Special City Council meeting was held on Wednesday, March 11, 1992 to discuss the <br />performance ~ppraisal of Mr. Schroeder. Council requested staff to complete the <br />perf0rm~.~'c~, a~praisal with comments provided by the five Councilmembers. They further <br />requeste~ th~ City Attorney William Goodrich review the proposed Employment <br />Agreement bdtween the City of Ramsey and City Administrator Ryan Schroeder.
