' WHEiRE~S, the City has received a petition for a feasibility stud), to consider the improvement ~of W~ater and sewer extensmn to the proposed Ramsey Meadows Subdivision - PINs: R24-32-25-33~-0018, R24-32-25-33-001.3, R24-32-25-34-0001; and WItERE~iS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage . and of lawful sign,~tur4s of affected property owners; WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accordance with the City Chaner ~d ~innesota Statutes concerning local improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BI' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAM$:.E~', ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That afcengin petition requesting a feasibility stud3, to consider the improvement of water andiSeiver ~xtension to the proposed Ramsey Meadows Subdivision (PINs: R24-32-25-33- 001:8;;i[24.432-25-33-0013, R24-32-25-34-0001) has been filed with the City Council on Mardh}'101 ,1992. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of aff~/~e~ pt0peny owners. This declaration is made in conformity to City of Ramsev Code Statute Chapter 429. ' Minnesota Secti~ 4.6~ and 2) That .tl~ pe~tion is hereby referred to Steve Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to pr¢t:J~-e!~ feasibility stud), to the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Coune~ in ~ preliminary wa), as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the c0~t offthe project to each affected property owner.
