I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I C°unc'ilmember: i introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: ~ ~~11 ~ RESOLUTION #92-02- RESOLU~!ON!'PLACING A BOUNTY ON THE DESTRUCTION OF POCKET G()pHERS~ WHI~RE,i~S, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners has the authority to place a bounty on 'thee d(struction of pocket gophers in the County of Anoka pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 348,!2 an.d 348.13; and WI{,B, RE~S, the Anoka County Board of Commissioners desires to place' a bounty of $.75 eacJh f0i'~th~ ~lestruction of pocket gophers in those municipalities or townships that elect to _stoa f the inqividtia~ ~ ~.[ at least $.75 per pocket gopher and where said municipality. . . or township will certify to the ~our}ty the number of pocket gophers desn-oyed by each ~ndiwdual; and WH~EikS, the Anoka County Board, on February 25, 1992, adopted Resolution #92- 23 placing~fi B°un~ y on the destruction of pocket gophers in the amount of $.75 per pocket gopher. NOW TltEREF)RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMS!~.Y,~ ~,N()KA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That ~nol~a County will reimburse $.75 per pocket gopher to the City of Ramsey in ac .e.z!.r~ane6 with Minnesota Statutes 348.12 and 348.13 and that the City of Ramsey shall certif~'t° t~e County the number of pocket gophers destroyed by each individual.
