At that time, the Council apP~ntadr Councilmcmbers Peterson and Zimmerman to a subcommittee to review the applicatiOnsahd rtport back ? City Council with a recommendation for the 1992 allocations. Due to CounCilme-~nb¢~ Peterson s illness, the subcommittee has not had the opportunity to meet but will be meeting Prior to the Council meeting on March 10.
