I I I I I I I I I I I I Counc~lm~m~r its adbpti0h: i [ t RESt21LUTION .[ introduced the following resolution and moved for RESOLUTION #92-03- ADOPTING 1992 SCHEDULE OF FEES AND RATES FOR OPEN BURN PERMITS ,WHEREAS, on March 10, 1922, the City Council of the City of Ramsey repealed Section ?.~3 9~': the Ramsey City Code entitled "Burning Permits" and adopted Ordinance 92- es~bli~hing regulations for Open Bum Permits; and W~IEI~EAS, paragraph 7.83.06 of Ordinance #92-03- states that a non- refundabl8aPpjication fee and permit fee for open bum permits shall be set by City Council res°lUti°nl NOW TI-~RE~'ORE, BE IT ~R~, SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES, A~OKA COUNT5, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1)¢ !There shall be a $20.00 non-refundable application fee required for all [applications for Open Burn Permits. iThe rate schedule for approved applications for Open Bum Permits shall be i volume-based as follows: Up to and including 5 cubic yards of material $5.00 6 to 100 cubic yards of material $2.00/cubic yard More than 100 cubic yards of material $5.00/cubic yard 3)i [Fire suppression services necessitated by an open burn permit shall be i i charged at a rate of $250.00 per hour for the Ramsey Fire Department plus ~ ;any other costs incurred by the City.
