All burning will be done in accordance with the <br />Rules of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the <br />ordinances of the City of Ramsey. No materials will be <br />allowed onto the site for burning nor will any <br />unathorized burning be permitted. <br /> <br /> The burning will take place in two burning pits <br />which will be constructed upon the property and will not <br />take place until there is a snow cover of at least six <br />inches. The pits will be located 650' east 'of the <br />western most edge of the property, 800' north of the <br />westbound lane of U.S. Highway 10, 700' west of the <br />remaining tree line and 250' south of the nor~hern <br />property line. This location will be more than six <br />hundred fee~ (600') from the McGinnis residence, which <br />is the nearest occupried residence; U.S. Highway 10; and <br />any remaining trees.
