I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I 1. !Th~se nine (9) conditions as contained on MPCA "Applic~t.[onl for Permit for Open Burning", a copy of which application is attached hereto and incorporated herein. 2. The burning permit is issued for that property legally described~as!follows: The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Towhship 32, except the Right-of-Way line of the Burlington Northern Railway, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. 3. The burning will be conducted by and under the exclusive supervision and control of Sauter and Sons, Inc., 14050 Azurite Street, :R~ms~y, Minnesota. 4. ~11 burning will be done in accordance with the rules of the MPCA and ithe City Code of the city of Ramsey. 5. ~0 ~materials other than the trees on the Site will be burned, ~a~d no off-site materials will be permitted to be transporte~ onto the site for burning. 6. ~o ~urning will be permitted unless there is at least an average dePthl of six (6) inches of snow on the site. 7. No burning will be permitted unless the Ramsey City Fire Chief has'been given notice of intention to burn at least two (2) full busin~ssidays prior to the intended burn day(s). The purpose of this will ibe to allow the Fire Chief to inspect the site and determine ~at!that time if all conditions of this permit are satisfied and~to determine in general if safe conditions exist for burning onith% proposed dates, and during the times while burning is conducted.. 8. Alllburning will take place in two (2) pits constructed on the s~te. tThe pits will be a maximum of twenty feet (20') to forty fee~i(40') in width, forty feet (40') to sixty feet (60') in length and' a ~inimum of ten feet (10') to twelve feet (12') in depth. Eaqh pit will be bermed with earth along all sides except the workin~ s~de. The berms shall be a minimum of seven feet (7') high in order to eliminate Highway 10 visibility and winds reaching into the fire and scattering embers. In the event of a need to extinguish ithe fire, the berms will be used as smother cover. 9. A representative of F & R will be present on site at all times when burning is being conducted. 10. F! & iR will have on site at all times, when burning is conducted, a ~200 gallon water tanker together with two portable fire extinguisi~ers to assist in putting out fire that might escape from the pi~s.
