Staff Input forms have been distributed and are due back no latar!than~ Friday, February 28, 1992 at 5:00 p.m. The Personnel Committee reClu~stedlthat Mr. Schroeder review his current job description and suggest changes as n~ess~ry. Mayor and Councilmembers have been given performance evaluation form.~, a ~:opy of the current employment contract and a 1991 Wage Comparison shee~-for. City Administrators. It isireqt~ested that a closed meeting be scheduled in March between City Aclminis~ator Schroeder and the Mayor and Council to conduct the performance eval~tio~a. Prior to the meeting all six members will receive the feedback from the Staf~InPa, t forms. 2. 1992~Wa~es and Benefits for Exempt Employees: The perZ~nnel Committee reviewed and discussed the 1992 wages and benefits for exe~n~pt personnel. More discussion will take place after the Monday, March 2, 1992 AFS~ negotiations session. 3. Stat~ of ~he Police Sergeant Position: The Persbnnel Committee was unable to review this case due to time constraints.
