CASE # OFF. SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR F.N.C. CORPORATION By: Mike Auspos, Police Chief Background:' F.N.C. Corporation~ has applied for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license which is now held by Rum River Liquors, Inc. F.N.C. Corporation is buying the business entirely and the license application is new. Findings: All information required by our ordinance has been supplied by F.N.C. Corporation. The officer~ of the corporation show no criminal records that would preclude their receiving a li~luor license. All applicable property taxes are paid to date. The property! was previously found to be zoned properly for this type of business and there have been nO changes. · The building has not been modified in any fashion so as to change the square footage requirements. · The inve~stigation fee has been paid. The actual license fee will be adjusted between the buyer an, d s~ller. The City has been paid the fee and it is good until June 30, 1992, standard renewal date. · The financial~, disclosure worksheet was returned and has been reviewed by our Finance Officer~ As financial information presented is unaudited, our Finance Officer expresses no opinion a~s to the source of money available or invested. · The manager! has no criminal record that would preclude his being a manager of this establishment, R ecomm end a t[on: The Police Department's investigation of this application shows no reason to disapprove granting an off-sale intoxikatir/g liquor license to F.N.C.
