Smoke being blown over the Anoka Airport. <br /> <br /> 3. Sparks and hol ashes being blown over the grove of pines and <br /> creating a fire hs,=ard. <br /> <br />I a!so called Mr. Russ Anderson, Elk River Fire Chief, and relaled lo him <br />request ~or a burning permit at F & R Enlerpdses.
