Costs incurred for such routine cleaning <br />i a.s referred to in §8.30.06 ahall be borne by the property owner. <br /> b. l~on-R~utine Maintenance. All other costs incurred'to maintain <br /> -, s~tem operability shall be directly absorbed by the ovmer. <br />I ~bd. i4- Disposal, Disposal of tank p-roping, box cleaning, or other <br /> material shall be ~t agency-approved locations. GeneraL All systems which are in a state of disrepair <br />and/or improperly lconstructed, or which in relation to existing use constitute a <br />hazard to safety ~r health or public welfare by reason of either inadequate <br />maintenance, or construction, dilapidation, or obsolescence, as determined by the <br />inspection proCedures in §8.30.05 or any other effective section or city code, are for <br />the purpose of ~hisi chapter hereby declared to be health hazards. All such health <br />hazards shall ibe iabated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition, or removal in <br />accordance ~dtli th~ procedure specified in §8.30.08 Subd. 2. <br /> sub& Notice To Owner. <br /> a. T~e plumbing inspector shall ex~mine, or cause to be exem~ned, <br /> and inspect eve~, sewage disposal system reported as improper]y <br /> c~nstruc~ed or maintained in accord with the inspection <br /> p~ocedures as prescribed in Chapter 8.30.05, and if such system is <br /> found to be a health hazard as defined in this section, the <br /> plumbing inspector shall give to the owner of such system written <br /> notice stating the defects thereof.
