Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Backgroundl <br /> <br />At the January 28,i 1992 meeting City Council directed that Staff notify Gallagher's Service, Inc. <br />of a revocatiOn of l~heir refuse hauler's license. Enclosed for your review is the letter that was sent <br />to Gallagher's infoth~ing them of the revocation. On February 4, 1992 Mr. Gallagher informed me <br />that he would be fdrwarding a check in the amount of $121.41 to the City which is the expense the <br />City encumbered i~fi cleaning up the incident of June 12, 1991 at 6013 - 167th Avenue N.W. under <br />which the city revoked Gallagher's license. Mr. Gallagher also confirmed that he understood that <br />with any fu[u~'e in,'stances he would be cited under our ordinance Section 5.01.14 "Offenses <br />Against Public. Saf:ety and Health" and State Statute 609.68 "Unlawful Deposit of Garbage and <br /> ' " ' ' v r <br />Liner . G~ve~the~abo e, M.
