As y,o,.u are further aware, this ~urrd, d because of a violation of Chapter 5.11 of our City Code, Dumping of Garbage and R~fus~", which is forbidden under that portion of the City Code and which you had been informed~f or~ June 12, 1991. The violation O~.cur~ed at 6013 - 167th Avenue N.W. The City ensured removal of the rubbish and experienced a ~ost bf $121.41 which was invoiced to your firm. At the meeting of J,a, nuary 28, 1992, when ~s~ked. ~hether you intended to make payment on this debt, you stated I have no intention of do!ng 4o". Because of the above violation of°City Code and because of the lack of cooperation wit_h b~ City Council expressed at the meetin~ of January 28, 1992, the City Council directed staff tolden~ your license to operate within the City of Ramsey. In that it wo,~Ic} be Onerous to require immediate suspension of services, you are hereby granted thirty (30) days[ fro~ the date of the hearing, which date is February 27, 1992, in which to cease and desist- oi!er~atio,h within the City of Ramsey. As of February 28, 1992, the Ramsey Police Department Wi,~ be ~lirected to tag any Gallagher's Service vehicles found to be conducting rubbish collection services Within this community.
