Ramsey had a goal of <br />650 tons for 19,91 x0hich was up from 301 tons for 1990. As the attached reports show, curbside <br />recycling ac¢Oant~ for almost one-half of the total tonnage recycled. However, it would appear <br />that the sucCe~ ~of:tDe curbside program has directly affected the use of the drop-off centers, as the <br />weight of mate.~al l~as dropped significantly from 1990.
