I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I Councilmembe~ introduced thc following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g92-02- RESOLUTION ~RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON IMPROVEM~N_T PROJECT #'S 92-01, 92-02, 92-03, 92-04, 92-05, 92-06, 92- 07, 92-08, 9~-0~ AND 92-10 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted December 17, 1991, a rep°rtihaS[been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvemen~ Project #'s 92-01, 92-02, 92-03, 92-04, 92-05, 92-06, 92-07, 92-08, 92-09 and 92- 10; and ; WHEREA~., the feasibility report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February NOW THEREFQRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1 ) That th~ Ra~sey City Council will consider the improvements of sealcoating of such streets in acC°~lance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the costiof Se improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 10th day of March, ~A99~ in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City A4tministrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improv¢~mefi, t as required by law.
