Motion b~ Co~ncilme~er Cox and seconded ~y Councilme~er DeLu=a authorizing City St~f ~D a:t~p~ ~o a=qnire right-of-way easements for the future extensi~ of~155:h Avenue E.W. from Vario!ite Street E.W. to A~strong Blvd. Further~:~isc~ssion: Mr. ~ati~ka stated that following Council direction would require ~re~ra~ion of right-of-way plan~ to be approved by the Sta~e. CounCi~~ Cox stated =hat until ':he State makes it's dete~ination, Mr. Vasseur~onl~ be granted a temporary variance. Mr. Goodrich agreed that Vasseur~ ~oui~ be granted temporary access onto !~5th with the understanding that RiP,access would be appropriately relocated when :he ~tension of 155th ac=ompl~;hed~ M. Goodrich inquired if by Council's motion, there is no qoes~i~B~::h~Ci:y ~i%1 a=qnire ~hat righ~-of-way; if so and s~e~hing does the ProCedure, the City has co~itted itself to giving Mr. Vasseur access. CounCil~e~ C~ stated that he intends to m~e ~o motions. Councilme~er Sortebe~ i~ired if Mr. Vassenr would be giving the easement for I55th or if he would[be ~aid for it.
