Our records indicate that since at least <br />January 8, 1990, the property has been advertised for sale. Photos taken in 1990 <br />would also seem to indicate that the building has been in an abandoned or vacated <br />state. <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Code states if a conditional use activity ceases for 12 consecutive <br />months, the conditional use permit shall become null and void.
