As you recall, on <br />J~.r~uar~, 8, 1991, I sent you a letter requesting that you provide some <br />dOCumentation by January 18, 1991 to show me that the property is being used for <br />autbrn~bile repair activity and I would not void the conditional use permit for non- <br />us4~.rea~ons. When I did not receive that documentation, I sent you a letter dated <br />Fe~ru~ 8, 1991, indicating that I would be voiding the conditional use permit.
