Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Backgroundi~ <br /> <br />As CounCil is -~w~e, we have been working together on the issue of goals for 1992, and beyond, <br />for quite som~ tim~. Council conducted a workshop on January 11, 1992 in order to review the <br />most recen~ ¢ldgft~and to re-prioritize those goals where appropriate. Enclosed for your review is <br />the final dra{~of the 1992 document. As previously discussed, it is Staff's intent that a status <br />update wilL0~ur ~'ith initiation of the 1993 budget process and the goal process for 1993 will <br />occur, as Wa~; ~he i ise this past go-round, during the budget process for ratification by the Council <br />in Decemb¢~i'!19~~t or January, 1993.
