I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I i RESOLUTION #92-01- introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTI~ON~ INCREASING THE ANNUAL SALARY OF RECORDING SECRET~I~Y ~O ANN THIELING FOR COMPLETION OF ONE-YEAR IN POSITION: WHERE~S, Jo Ann Thieling began employment at the City of Ramsey on June 26, 1989 as Secretary~it~: Administrative Services in salary grade 1 and was promoted to Recording Secretary in salary grad~ 2 °.[I November 9, 1990; and WH.~E~REgS, Administrative Coordinator Penny Ott, Ms. Thieling's immediate supervisor, ha! g~V~n~ a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Ms. Thieling; and. WHE~E~S, City Administrator Ryan Schroeder is in agreement with the performance appraisal; and i WHE~RE~S, staf,f recommended to the Personnel Committee at their January 11, 1992 meeting that:~s. ~hieling s annual salary increase to $20,660, upon completion of 2,080 hours in position and ia ,~atls.~actory employee performance appraisal, effective November 9, 1991; and WHE~E/~S, the Personnel Committee, at their January 11, 1992 meeting, agreed with the recomrr~datlon of staff to increase Ms. Thieling's annual salary to $20,660 effective November 9, I~991iand further recommended that the City Council approve the recommendation at their next regular r~.eeting on January 14, 1992; and WIlE E.AS, the City Council, at their January 14, 1992 meeting, approved the recommendatipn 0~ the Personnel Committee to increase Ms. Thieling's annual salary to $20,660 effective Nov~mb~ 9, 1991.
