(PROJECTtgl-13) WHEfiEA~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on October~ 22,! 19~1;~ i and WHEI~EA~, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #9'1-12- awardln~g tl~e bid to Landwehr Heaving Moving, Inc. for the construction of Improvem0n~ Prbject 91-13. WHE~FA$, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates; inC. [recommended partial payment to kandwehr Heavy Moving, Inc. in the amount of $¢8~,95 .50. NOW, THE~EF~RE, BE IT RESoLvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,iArNO~A COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) iTh~t the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Landwehr Heavy Mogi~g, :1i3c. for the construction of Improvement Project 91-13 in the amount of ~284,9§~.50!. 2} ;'l'h~t the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the; r~lea~e form for this partial payment. 3} iTh~t the total amount of this partial payment is not included in Resolution , i. a~proving payment of the bills for the month of January, 1@92. 4) ~Th~it the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resOl0tior~.
