(NSCAH). NSCAH is an <br />organ'iza~i~n o~f persons with physical or mental disabilities, relatives and concerned <br />citizens, ! as Gain purpose is to identify and study issues facing the disabled, such as <br />architect0~l add attitudinal barriers. It advocates social and environmental changes and <br />tries to obt~iin c~)mmunity support for implementing these changes. <br /> <br />The City ~dve~'tised for a representative to NSCAH in December's Ramsey Resident <br />newsletttr~ Tlae enclosed applications were received from Linda Cazett and Violet <br />McMahon,!botli of whom will be at the Council meeting. <br />I spoke wlih JeSse Ellingworth, Executive Director of NSCAH, and he said they would be <br />pleased if l~am~ey would appoint both Linda Cazett and Violet McMahon as liaisons to the <br />isrganiza~i4n. ~ues are $12 per individual per calendar year.
