O1 SNOWMOBILES <br />110.011 ~Pu~pose: <br /> <br /> The PBrPose of this section is to provide reasonable <br /> regulations for the use of snowmobiles on public and <br /> p~Va~e property in the City of Ramsey. This section <br /> iS ~no~ intended to allow what the Minnesota State <br /> S~&~u~es expressly prohibit nor to prohibit what the <br /> ~S~.~.e~Statutes allow. It is intended to prevent a <br /> publi~ nuisance. <br /> <br />110.012 ~In~orporation of State Statute: <br /> <br /> An~ ~rson operating a snowmobile within the city of <br /> ~a_~.e~, unless provided otherwise herein, shall be <br /> s~e~t to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Se¢~i~n~ 84.81 through 84.929, inclusive, as amended, <br /> an~ t~e regulations of the Commissioner of Natural <br /> R~ou~ces ("Commissioner"), adopted pursuant thereto. <br /> <br />110.013 Definitions: <br /> <br /> FOr!~ the purposes of this section, the definitions <br /> lis~edi below shall be construed as follows: <br /> <br /> a. C~TY shall mean the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br /> M~nnesota. <br /> <br /> b.C~UNCIL shall mean the City Council of the <br /> C~ty of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> c. D~ADI~I THROTTLE or SAFETY THROTTLE shall mean a device <br /> which when pressure is removed from the engine <br /> a~celerator or throttle, causes the motor to be <br /> d~sengaged from the driving mechanism. <br /> <br /> <br />
