N9 ~ s; °wmobile may be operated any place in the City of Raise between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Sunday th~oU h Thursday and between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a~. aturday and Sunday. 110.0i~ iPe~Sons Under 18: a.I No person under the age of sixteen (16) may operate a ~ ~nowmobile on any City street in the City of Ramsey. b. ~ ~ person sixteen (16) years of age or older but less ~ ~han eighteen (18) years may operate a snowmobile on a ~ ~ity street only if the person has in immediate ~ossession a valid snowmobile safety certificate ~ssued by the Commissioner. c. ~ person fourteen (14) years of age or older but less ~ ~han sixteen (16) may make a direct crossing of a City ~treet only if the person has in immediate possession a ~ ~ali~ ~nowmobile safety certificate issued by the , i ~ommlss~oner. 110.01~ C~ty and State Traffic Ordinances: Cit~ ~nd State laws shall apply to the operation of s~o~mO~lles upon streets and highways in the City.
