THE ~iNO3NMOBILE REGULATIONS FOLLOWING AREAS ARE OPEN FOR PUBLIC USE 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. OF SNOWMOBILES: Private property owned by driver or snowmobile owner. Along outside edge of ditches along C.S.A.H., MN and U.S. highways. Along ditch areas of City streets and streets themselves except I990 Urban Area. City streets at age 16 - 17 with snowmobile safety certificate. City streets at age 18+ without snowmobile safety certificate. Along Highway #'s 47 and 10 and County Road #'s 5 and 116 in 1990 Urban Area on outside slope of ditch. Other person's private property with written permission from owner. Any designated snowmobile trail (Ramsey does not have any at the present time). THE FOLLOWING AREAS ARE NOT O.PE..N FOR PUBLIC SNOWMOBILES: 1. City/County parks and ski trails. 2. Upon C.S.A.H., MN or U.S. highways other than outside ditch slope. 3. Any median area of a divided highway. 4. Upon City streets unless age limit conforms to that above. 5. Private property without permission. 6. 1990 Urban Area (upon public property or City streets). 7. Lakes that have no access other than private property. HOURS OF OPERATION: ~ operate machines: USE OF IN Sundays through Thursdays from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. (of next day) Saturdays from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. ('~l~i~) Sundays (besides above) from 1:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. (Friday is not left out since Thursday, 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., therefore includes Friday morning hours.) OTHER WORDS: You cq..qqa_n_n ride Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and you can ride Friday and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 a,m, of the next da3'.
