Schroeder, City Administrator <br /> <br />Backgroundl <br /> <br />At the January 1~ 1992 meeting, City Council pulled this license renewal from the Consent <br />Agenda for.¢o~asid~ration at the meeting of January 28, 1992. The rationale for this separate case <br />and reconside[ratid3 is due to an incident that occurred on June 12, 1991 in which Gallagher's <br />dumped gaxba~¢ f~'om one of their dumpsters onto a private, commercial parking lot because of <br />lack of payment of~he bill by the owner of the commercial facility.
