He stated that in the past, they would pick up their dumpster but leave the.:c~nt~nts t the site as it was not their responsibility as they did not place the garbage the~e, i I explained that I felt the proper way was for them to pick up the garbage, dump i~ a'~d file a lein against the property for the past due rent owed and the cost of dUm~ill~ the dumpster. I expressed my concern with them not receiving any money but again thei~-pr'~blems were with Moroz not the City. I explained that it is a concern for Public Health ~s it is near a Grocerey Store and several residences. I gave him the hamo and addresses on George and Eugene Moroz for him to contact: .
