'Council directed staff to advise how the problem was <br />resolvedl <br /> <br />On Junei 25i 1991 the City contracted with Waste Management, Inc. to <br />clean Un a~d haul away the rubbish at the former dumpster site at <br />MorOzi~ar~:ware in Ramsey. The City made remittance to Waste <br />Manag0~en~ in the amount of $121.41, and then invoiced Gallagher's <br />Service ~in i the same amount. Today I contacted Gallagher's as <br />payment !i ha~ not been received for this invoicing. <br />Mr. Ric~ <br /> G~allagher stated they had forwarded the bill to Moroz's last <br />known ~dd~sS. He also stated Gallagher's Service did not intend to <br />make P~y~ent for the City's invoice as Gallagher's had already <br />incurred:~ th[e cost of providing refuse service for many months <br />without !Pa~iment from Moroz. <br /> <br />The Ci-t~' will collect the June 25, 1991 Current Service Charges as a <br />speciali lasCssment against the property benefited (M.S. 429.101 <br />removali orl elimination of public health or safety hazards from <br />private prc~perty.) <br /> <br />A copy iof ):his memo will also be placed in Gallagher's Service, Inc. <br />license file~ <br /> <br /> <br />
