Gerald Root <br />16208 Coquina Street N.W. <br />~amsey, Ma. 55303 <br /> <br />Re: Conditional Use Permit For Auto Sales Business at lt700 <br /> ~owthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Root: <br /> <br />As you recall, we discussed my letter of June 3, 1986 regarding <br />concerns with the operation of your automobile sales and repair <br />service from 14700 ~ovthen Blvd. N.W. At that time, you assured <br />me that you would comply with the conditions of your conditional <br />use permit, agreement and of the City Code no later than July 9, <br />1986. These issues include: 1) no outdoor storage of materials <br />other than autombiles; 2) the hours of operation; 3) adequately <br />surfaced off-street parking area. To date these issues have not <br />been resolved to the City's satisfaction. <br /> <br />In addition, it appears that you are storing construction <br />vehicles on the premises and operating a second business from <br />this property. Such use is not permitted in this zone. <br /> <br />As we have discussed a majority of these issues and you assured <br />me that they would be resolved by July 3, 1986, please consider <br />this letter as my notice to begin proceedings for revocation of <br />your conditional use permit to operate an automobile sales and <br />repair business fr~m 14700 Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Please feel free to call me if you have any questions or need <br />further information on this matter. <br /> <br />Yours truly, <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />Anne L.
