Additional improvement will include a playground and pavilion with restrooms in 2017. <br />PARK TRUST FUNDING FOR THE PROJECT SHOWS A NEGATIVE ENDING BALANCE AS OF 2016. PROJECT UNFUNDED. <br />Justification <br />This park is part of the Master Plan for The COR.
