The Anoka County Parks Department is desirous <br /> t,g t~e Metropolitan Council to gain their approval of this park area as a regional <br /> Je Ca~se with Rum River Central Park which will enhance their ability to gain funding <br /> >p~ent. The Parks Department presentation to the City Council is with the intent of <br /> val.~from the Ramsey City Council of this development as a regional ,facility.
