Mr. Root has be~ ~ifi ~rn~ed on more than one occasion that he must apply for an amended conditional use permit tp~h~ ge the scope of allowable auto repair activity on the property. Mr. Root has not responded t0~n) ~f my letters regarding this matter. As a final effort and in accordance with City Code, I gaVg ~r. ~.oot 30 days to apply for an amended conditional use permit. To date, there still has not been ~ny esponse from Mr. Root.
