Officials from the Department of Natural Resources <br />have inspected the location and estimate approximately 25% infestation rate. In <br />other words, we anticipate that approximately 25% of the vegetation still standing <br />is infected and will be dead by the end of this year. <br /> <br />For your information, attached is a copy of the letter that was sent to Chris Realty <br />Agency (whom we understood to be representing this property) regarding said <br />problem as well as some information dealing with the pine bark beetle problem. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Bruce F.
