(~0 <br /> <br /> TO:. <br />FROM: <br /> <br /> DZ TE: <br /> <br />Mark Banwart, Community Development Director <br /> <br />Bruce Hoeke, Fire Chief <br /> <br />June 26, 1989 <br /> <br />ReqL..~st tor Open Burning Permit lot F & R Enterprises <br /> <br />I contacted Mr. Doug Freeby, Anoka's Fire Marshall, and asked him if he would <br />allow burning on the silo of F & R Enterprises. <br /> <br />Mr. Freeby indicated t~at he would nol allow the burning due to the following <br /> <br />reasons: <br /> <br /> 1. <br /> <br /> Smoke drifting across Highway 10 obscuring the visibilily of the <br /> traffic on the Highway. <br /> <br /> 2. Smoke being blown over the Anoka Airport. <br /> <br /> 3. Sparks and hol ashes being blown over the grove of pines and <br /> creating a fire h~,zard. <br /> <br />I also called Mr. Russ Anderson, Elk River Fire Chief, and related 1o him the <br />request for a burning permit at F & R Enterprises.
