Smoke being blown over the Anoka Airport. <br /> <br /> 3. Sparks and hol ashes being blown over the grove of pines and <br /> creating a fire h~,zard. <br /> <br />I also called Mr. Russ Anderson, Elk River Fire Chief, and related 1o him the <br />request for a burning permit at F & R Enterprises.
