KNOWN AS 8301 163RD AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br />1. The a[cce~sory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than ,One t~undred (100) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br />2. That !he s orage building constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than 4me tiundred ninety (190) feet from the front property line, <br /> <br />3. That !:he p~rmittee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of th~ accessory structures. <br /> <br />4. That ~e a~cessory garage shall be built with the same type consn-uction materials and shall <br /> have !he ~ame general design and exterior facing finish as that of the principal structure <br /> loeat~ on! the parcel. <br /> <br />5.
