Mr. <br />Brehm s hom~ is IDeated approximately 250 feet from the front property line. He is proposing to <br />construct an ~ce~sory garage approximately 100 feet from the front property line and a storage <br />building aPprOximately 190 feet from the front property line. City Code states that accessory <br />sn'uctures sh~J nOl~ be constructed nearer the front property line that the principal structure. <br /> I: <br />Observation~s: <br /> <br />By locating ~ ho~e where they did, the developers of the lot, in essence, created a 250 foot front <br />yard setback. ~Mr. ~rehm is restricted from building his accessory structures in what remains to be <br />the rear yard g~nd side yards because of sharp declines in topography, heavily treed areas, location <br />of sepuc syst arld wetlands. <br /> <br />The size of tl~e aqcessory garage is proposed at 1,092 square feet and the size of the storage <br />building is Pr{posed at 144 square feet. This accessory structure space proposed to be added to <br />the parcel in ~ddi~;ion to the size of his attached garage (440 square feet), is within City Code <br />regulations fo~ total accessory structure space allowed on the 2.5 acre lot. <br /> <br /> <br />
