Commissionei <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-08- <br /> A RESOLIJ ['ION GRANTING A VARIANCE TO THE FRONT YARD SETBACK <br /> REQUIRI Ml~NTS FOR LOT 8, BLOCK 1, REILLEY ESTATES, BASED ON <br /> FINDII~ ~S !OF FACT # , AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE <br /> <br />1. That ~e dwelling unit constructed on the property shall not be located closer than twenty- <br /> sevetl ~eet ~ the front property line. <br /> <br />2. No ot~r st~ructures or additions shall be permitted on the subject property that will further <br /> encroa!h o~ the reduced front yard setback. <br />3. No coostmgtion of the structure shall commence prior to the issuance of a building permit <br /> by the cBuil~ng Official. <br /> i . <br />4.
