Comm~mone~ <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-09. <br /> <br />A RESOLSTION GRANTING A VARIANCE, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT <br /># , TO '.~O~qSTRUCT AN ADDITION TO THE ATTACHED GARAGE THAT <br /> WtI~L ~NCROACH ON THE FRONT AND SIDE YARD SETBACK <br /> i i REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> wH~RE)AS, on , 1992, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a <br />variance fro~ Ra '.msey City Code Section 9.20.11 to Mr. Eugene Dubois allowing him to construct <br />an addition td~the lattached garage that will encroach on the required front and side yard setbacks on <br />the property ,~ene?lly known as 15030 Willemite Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 2!_BloCk 4, Greenland Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />NOW THEREP, ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF <br />THE CIT¥iO~ RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, that the <br />conditions bf the variance shall be as follows: <br /> <br />1. This 9aria[ncc is perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are <br /> comp~ed With. <br /> <br />2. The Wop6sed addition to the existing attached garage on the subject property shall not <br /> encr6~.ch ~n the front yard setback requirement by more than ten (10) feet and the side yard <br /> setbaCk b~ more than seven (7) feet. <br /> <br />3. That ~e location, size and pertinent distances relating to the proposed structure shall be <br /> show.~ or~ the certificate of survey and the site of construction shall be staked by a <br /> registered isurveyor to ensure compliance with the distances granted in this variance. <br /> <br />4 No Cc~nstrcction of the structure shall commence prior to the issuance of a building permit <br /> by th6 Building Official. <br /> <br />5.
