The O Donnells are restricted from <br />building their iacc{ssory structure in what remains to be the rear <br /> yard <br /> and <br /> side <br /> yards <br /> because <br /> of <br />mature tree gr~6w~, wetlands and existing structures. <br />The size of the~ proposed accessory garage is 640 square feet. The amount of existing garage and <br />accessory sto~age!space currently existing on the property is 1,120 square feet.
