Commissione r . t introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: [ : RESOLUTION #92-11- i '' A RESO_Iq_~T!~N APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE, BASED ON FINDING~ OF FACT #~, AND DECLARING TERMS OF VARIANCE TO CON~RUCT AN ACCESSORY STRUCTURE NEARER THE FRONT PROPERT~ LINE THAN THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY i~ENERALLY KNOWN AS 15933 NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. 1. The a~ees~ory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer than two h ~ndred (200) feet from the front property line. That t§e p~rmiuee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the tacce.~sory structure. 3.
