N.W. <br /> <br />1. The a~ees~ory garage constructed on the subject property shall not be located any closer <br /> than two h ~ndred (200) feet from the front property line. <br /> <br /> That t§e p~rmiuee shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the tacce.~sory structure. <br /> <br />3.
