Bottom to be not <br />tess than 8 gauge steel, Side and ends to be not less than 10 gauge steel, <br />Floor to be supported with crossmembers every 12 inches and welded to <br />the rub rail and interlaced to gi. ve floor support horizontally and <br />longitudinally. Under structure to be structural channel Body shall have <br />one piece full depth rear corner post and reinlorced along top, Fully <br />boxed body top rail with font corner posts and tapered running boards, <br />All welds shall be continuous with no spaces for entraped moisture. Rear <br />of dump body shall be reinforced with a 3/16 full rear apron welded to <br />tong beams and rear comer posts, A satety prop meeting state and federal <br />requirements shall be furnished and installed. Include rear light <br />receptacles recessed into rear corner posts. Rear lights shall have <br />removable lenses and replaceable bulbs. <br /> <br />CAB SHIELD: 1/2 cab shield (10 gauge) to be bolted on and recessed for exhaust stack. <br /> <br />END GATE: <br /> <br />To be double acting type constructed of 10 gauge corten steel with <br />vertical and horizontal bracing. The gate shall include 3/8" coil proof <br />spreader chains, chain hooks top and bottom, pegs for storing spreader <br />chains when not in use, safety chain on dump lever, 1' flame cut <br />hardware and 1 1/4' minimum hinge pins. <br /> <br />WALK RAIL: To be 1 1/2" square tubing welded parallel between vertical side braces <br /> and 8" above bottom of rub rail, <br /> <br />MUD FLAPS: To be mounted rear of rear wheels. <br /> <br />UGHTS: <br /> <br />To meet D-O.T specification 108 with stop-turn-tail lights in rear <br />corner posts (prolected). Head lights to be high mounted on hood of <br />vehicle with high-iow beam to operate on same dimmer switch. Strobe <br />light to be mounted on cab shield with self leveling bracket. Wiring to be <br />mounted in conduit. <br /> <br />HOIST: <br /> <br />Shall be NTEA class 50, double acting cylinder, Iow mount style. Lift to <br />be not less than 50 degrees, <br /> <br />HYDRAUUC SYSTEM: <br /> <br />PUMP: <br /> <br />Front frame mounted, shall be direct driven by a spicer 1310 series <br />driveline from the crankshaft of the engine. The hydraulic pump to be <br />U.S. made, pressure/flow compensated (Icad sensing). Both compensators <br />must be screw adjustable. The pump must be capable of 23 G.P.M. at <br />3000 PSI at 2500 RPM, cessna model 70523 or equal. <br /> <br />Shall be mounted outside and between frame rails. Shall be of sectional <br />type, gresen model V30LS or approved equal. Valve shall be closed center <br />load-sensing cabable of 30 G PM and 3500 PSI. Pilot line will run from <br />valve outlet cover to pressure compensator on pump. Valve bank shall <br />have 5 function left to right: sander, hoist, plow, front wing, rear <br />wing. <br /> <br /> <br />
