We have received, or will have programmed to receive after the assessment hearing this <br />fall, a projected $48,439.25 of the total amount projected of $175,229.90 from new area <br />subdivisions. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is Staffs position that we push forward to develop "Emerald Pond" during 1992 and 1993. <br />Also, that we add any difference between funds received and projected expenditures to the eventual <br />bond issue for public improvements for these subdivisions as has been contemplated in the <br />feasibility studies. Finally, therefore, that the Parks Department be authorized to solicit bids for <br /> <br /> <br />
