Given the above, one can see that "Emerald Pond" will cost approximately $104,440.00 to develop. We have received, or will have programmed to receive after the assessment hearing this fall, a projected $48,439.25 of the total amount projected of $175,229.90 from new area subdivisions. Recommendation: It is Staffs position that we push forward to develop "Emerald Pond" during 1992 and 1993. Also, that we add any difference between funds received and projected expenditures to the eventual bond issue for public improvements for these subdivisions as has been contemplated in the feasibility studies.
